Clarke rail trail expansion planned

Plans are underway to expand the Joseph B. Clarke Rail Trail. Preliminary designs call for extending the trail approximately 1.6 miles north from the Lowe's on Route 303 to the Blauvelt Free Library on Western Highway, Supervisor Andy Stewart said.
