DA drops charges against trooper
Simple assault and harassment charges in a domestic case against a state trooper will be dropped with the agreement of the woman, District Attorney Patrick Kiniry said Monday.
“For public safety, it's a huge improvement. They immediately will have the capability - as long as emergency services have the (field equipment) to communicate back and forth”
