The wall painting was to be of a single tree without any leaves. Paper ones bearing names would be pinned on later.
'I think you need a barn,' a passer-by told the artist.
'A tractor would look good in that scene,' another suggested.
'How about an old lady hanging clothes? That'd be nice,' said one person, who sat and watched as the tree began to take shape.
Soon, from all of these seeds, the ideas of residents and employees at Magnolia Manor, an entire scene had blossomed. Read more
