Tonch L. Weldon has been charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Amy L. Gephart, a woman who lived with Weldon and his wife.

Authorities have arrested a man in a deadly weekend shooting in Marengo. Tonch Lynn Weldon, 37, has been charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Amy Lynn Gephart, 35, of Marengo.
