Grant to fund relocation of train terminal in Birdsboro
State money will help the Colebrookdale Railroad keep chugging along toward its goal of restoring passenger train service between Boyertown and Pottstown. The Commonwealth Financing Authority has awarded a $676,029 grant to the Colebrookdale Railroad Preservation Trust, according to Pennsylvania Sen. Bob Mensch and Rep. David Maloney, both Republicans who represent parts of Berks County.
