Regional consumer confidence rises in Syracuse and Utica, falls in Binghamton

The overall consumer confidence level for the Syracuse region rose three points to 57.8 in the second quarter, according to the latest quarterly survey of nine New York metropolitan statistical areas by the Siena Research Institute .
