A 62-year-old Carrier man was charged Friday with a felony firearm violation following his arrest after a three-hour standoff with area law enforcement officers Wednesday night.

Kay County U.S. 77 south of Tonkawa over the Salt Fork River. Noble County State Highway 15 from Billings and Interstate 35.
