I am best friends with LLoyd's son, Dane. I grew up knowing Lloyd in the summers when he would visit in Biggs, CA. I am very thankful for Lloyd and all his comrades. This would not be the Country that it is without having won World War II. I want our youth to be educated historically to the sacrifices men and women made to keep this country free. I am personally going to share his story with school children in Alaska where I live.

Mr. Andes-
Did you ever know an army P-38 pilot in 1943 in the Pacific named R.E. Hardaway? He was with the 339th squadron at Guadalcanal APO #709 from April 19 to June 1. 1748
