Former police clerk among those indicted
“The money reported to have been stolen was from deposits made on animal control fees and various other city fees collected by this department and deposited with the city finance officer”
A former records clerk with the Big Spring Police Department was indicted on a charge of theft Thursday by a Howard County grand jury. via Big Spring Herald
