Clay convict indicted for having firearm

Jimmy Allen Woods, 50, of Bickmore allegedly had a .44 caliber revolver on Dec. 19. He pleaded guilty in 1992 in Kanawha Circuit Court in the shooting death of William Satler at Nancy's Dinner Hole in Birch River.
