A 'tween escapee who was serving a sentence in connection with two South Side fires was apprehended again Monday.

Acting on a tip, Columbus fire investigators and the U.S. Marshal Service apprehended a teen arsonist today who slipped away from a home for delinquent youths in Belmont County last week.

He was sentenced on two arson convictions out of the Columbus area, and it's not the first time he has escaped from incarceration.
