I think it's hilarious that Mr. Burke voted to reprimand Mr. Riley based on findings of the ETHICS board. So, theoretically, he values ETHICS! He strongly believes in OTHER PEOPLE living ETHICALLY. Thank you Mr. Burke for sharing the gift of laughter.
