several times in mid April. The colder the
water. The less they'll bite. The more I shiver!

Area anglers have a choice to make. Fish and Boat Commissioners are considering a plan to open trout season about two weeks earlier than usual in seven Western Pennsylvania counties in 2009. via PittsburghLIVE.com
