Contractors Fined in Deadly Plant Blast
Two New York contractors are being held liable for a September explosion at a Syracuse sewage plant that killed one worker and injured another.

It could take months for officials to explain what caused the explosion last week that killed a Bernhards Bay man and injured another man working at the village of Canastota's wastewater treatment plant, the federal agency investigating the death said Tuesday.
