in these hard times we have all had to give something up. some of us our homes. some of us much more. wich brings me to the subject of street lighting. all these years we have had the same street lighting. now in a near depression with people not being able to feed them selfs. job loss. theres a group of fruitless people whos only concern is to see better in the dark. lets get real! this money can be better spent.
