Former car dealer gets probation, must pay restitution
YOUNGSTOWN a ' A former area car dealer will spend the next five years on probation and pay restitution of more than $30,000. Buddy Harvey, 43, of Berlin Center, appeared today before Judge John Durkin of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court for sentencing on six counts of theft and one count of defrauding creditors.
