This program looks like something she might want to look into.

Simple Logic

"Is it worth protecting the right to own a (handgun) when children are hurt or killed in accidents with guns?" Williams asked. "I don't think so."

More children are hurt or killed in auto accidents than by hand guns. So let's apply the same logic here. Is it worth licensing so many people to operate motor vehicles when children are hurt or killed in accidents with autos?

Unfortunately in this case, it is. But only because the federal, state and local municipalities derive a lot of revenue from motor vehicles. They don't make much from gun ownership.
