Bowman is also charged with Sodomy, and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Nov. 12, 2009. Thomas Bowman is being currently being charged with two felonies, 1st degree rape of a minor and Sodomy.Thomas Bowman allegedly told police he did have sex with the girl, but he did not know her age.
