Solano County supervisors OK draft of JPA plan

The article leads one to believe rural residents are not involved. If eminent domain is utilized for towers, you can bet they will be out in the rural area somewhere.

"Imminent" domain? Get a clue. Or at least a copy editor who passed high school English.
