We have buses and taxis and bicycles, and two legs. If we had a real government they'd stop harassing people with 'speeding' tickets and work on keeping the road crazies from getting behind a wheel.

Speeding tickets on city streets are OK, however. What is absolute stupid is a speeding ticket on a clear freeway in ideal conditions with a pilot that knows what he's doing. Nothing but government harassment.
