At a special meeting held at the Shark River Hills Marina, here, yesterday, the Neptune Township Committee passed a resolution authorizing the town to sue the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection [DEP] because the DEP has neither dredged the Shark River, nor has it identified a site for the dewatering of dredged materials.
