Bellingham issues rules for sanctuary city meeting

The City Council is acting properly. I am vehmently against Bellingham becoming a sanctuary city. However, As I want to be heard without interruption or personal attacks - I would listen to the opposing viewpoint. Congrats to the City Counsel. I pray you also see the harm to the city, the county and the citzens of Whatcom County if you make Bellingham a sactuary city for deserters.
