Youth boxing classes this summer in Ashland

The Ashland Police Youth Boxing program is seeking new members for the summer. Each class features three certified boxing instructors and is open to boys and girls entering grades 7 through 12.

Davis named interim Ashland superintendent

The School Committee has appointed Perry Davis, formerly the superintendent for the Dover-Sherborn school district, as interim superintendent for the school year starting this fall The committee intends for Davis to prepare current assistant superintendent Ann Dargon to take over the school system's top position for the 2010-2011 school year.
