A Bellevue motorist was arrested Saturday and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated after he allegedly hit a bicyclist.

Tyler G. Smith, 19, of 223 Hamilton St., Bellevue, was indicted on one count of conspiracy to commit aggravated murder or murder, one count of attempted murder, two counts of felonious assault and one count of tampering with evidence.
