Former Belle Fourche Police Department Secretary Nicole Shiffrar was fired from her job on August 3 for reasons she deems 'false'. Shiffrar said she filed grievances with the city in response to her termination and also against Police Chief Tom Maunders and Officer Justin Shellhammer.
