Big Flats town leaders are trying to get hold of a property behind the municipal complex on Maple Street and they're threatening eminent domain.

The Big Flats Town Board will hold a series of public hearings starting at 4:32 p.m. Friday regarding the acquisition of about eight acres of private land behind the town complex on Maple Street.
