2 derailment victims from Dutchess file notices of claim
Lawyers for at least four victims of Sunday's train derailment -- including two from Dutchess County -- have already filed notices of claims against the railroad; its parent agency, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority; and train engineer William Rockefeller, according to documents and attorneys.
