I sent the governer and the state of Ohio a letter concerning this issue, especially I- 75.
I told them that the roads were not in good enough shape condition or large enough for the traffic flow.
I mentioned that I-75 needed to be widened to three lanes that when it was build in the 70's that it was okay but now has outgrown it use.
I also mentioned that the state of Ohio could save a ton of gas and makes the interstate safer by just lowering the speed limit to 60 MPH.
They said that no one would obey the speed limit anyway? So may I ask, why do we have speed limits if no one obeys them anyway?
Guess what the reply was concerning the state of the interstate? We are going to have three lanes from state route 582 to Perrysburg in ( I think that the year was) 2012!
Wow, that is really going to help isn't it? Only if you live near that exchange or area.
There is simply too much traffic for these roads and too many people should not be allowed to drive as they are reckless.
I hope that they find a solution soon as lives are at stake.
