well he did not enter the house and he did committ any crime.he drove off. So now you can be arrested for thinking about sex ?

This stuff is completely out of control and driven by hysterical parents (their reaction is appropriate) and the parents' complete failure to bring the kids up in an appropriate way -- and the government drive to control everyone. Get busted for a sex crime - get registered - get locked up even after your prison sentence is over - can't live here, etc.

Not speaking about the 30 year old who assaults the 9 year old - but have you ever seen some of the 15 year olds? Look 20 - talk 30 - behave 35.

sometimes I'll cruise chat rooms pretending to look for 14 yo's... but really... I get off on the idea of a female officer or a beauty contestant playing along and listening to me talk smut...

I also ask women at wal mart to get things off high shelves so I can hard stare their fanny's... I'm naughty!

if this wasn't for the tv show why would they bring him back to the house in front of the cameras? well at least he has half a shot of actuial, i hear robert macedonio is one of the best lawyers in ny. i am so pro prosecution but this case just seems a little fishy to me. mr. macedonio will know what to do to get this crap stopped.

This is rediculous.. There was never a 14 year old in the first place, so therefore how can there be a crime? Its like being charged with murder when no one died...

I'd countersue on entrapment and fraud charges.

thank god there are attorney's like robert macedonio out there. could you imagine if there weren't we'd all be in jail for trumped up charges.

your right thank god an attorney can spot the real ones that are bad a case can get out of hand even if you are not guilty. no one will be on your side , just prey for a good attorney, to see the lies and hope he will know that you are a good person. These days any one can make up a story and get someone in trouble and hurt there image, I know im that good person and god wiil see right through the other people. What comes around goes around.
