Baxter, Ia. - The Iowa State Patrol arrested a Cambridge man in a fatal hit-and-run crash near Baxter on Saturday.

A reckless driver was located and taken into custody by the Iowa State Patrol Saturday night, hours after the driver fled the scene of a fatal crash five miles west of Baxter in Jasper County.
