Hospital authority holds monthly meeting

what differance does it make? The board doesn't have a clue.All they know is what they are told by the ceo,cfo,coo,don.They try to cover up and must give the board rose colored glasses to look thru.If there needs to be wage ajustments cut there salaries.And give it to the ones doing the work. Appling Health Care doesn't pay as much as the other hospitals in this area. They make jobs for some people and pay them high wages to do what???? And tell me this WHAT IS A COO JOB.She's good for nothing but to walk around stiring up problems,causeing a poor work enviroment with her hands behind her back.She makes a big amount of money and drives back and forth from Savannah to work here. They must know her in Sav.and can't get a job there.haha

I heard that the CFO was just de-moted to director of patient financial services. What's up with that? I bet she either found out one of the CEO's dirty little secrets or either she challenged one of his not-so-above-board decisions. Or, He has a buddy or friend that He wants to put in that position or one of the board members children needs a job and their children just don't work as file clerks, they must be put in a position. Time will tell..........

Who is the CFO, or was?

Why is it that there is two people (related) doing the same work that one always done for years. It's insane the way the hospital is run and why they hire someone to do a one person job. If the hospital is in as bad shape why not do some adjusting to their policy and reduce or stop the accumlated time and why not reduce hours of the office staff. I for one know first hand that the hospital is having trouble paying bills that are minor/small amount and at one time was unable to buy some of the medical supplies because their accounts were on hold for past due balances. When you go into the er you may was well plan on staying for 3 - 4 hrs before you are seen by anyone and then some of the er drs. need to be released due to their ill side bed manners and rudeness to the patients.
