Council OKs mini-storage units
“Why would they provide pocket guides to fighting illegal drug labs if the problem doesn't exist?”
The Smithfield Town Council on Tuesday approved mini-storage units near Wellington Estates despite one resident's concern that storage facilities are breeding sites for crime and terrorism. via Hampton Roads Daily Press
