Man cited following incidents in Fond du Lac
A highly intoxicated Kansas man was cited by police after causing disturbances at three downtown Fond du Lac businesses on Nov. 28. Police were called to Walgreens, 192 N. Main St., just after 3 p.m. for a report of a drunk man disturbing customers.

Wrongful death lawsuit filed in fatal party bus incident
A wrongful death lawsuit was filed Tuesday against the operators of a party bus from which a young mother fell to her death in May. Kansas Highway Patrol officers investigate an accident that claimed the life of 26-year-old Jamie Frecks of Kansas City, Kan.
