Bartow Commissioners Considering New Fire Fee

This is about the dumbest idea I have heard lately. Next there will be a fee (spelled TAX) on Police Services, Water Service, Ambulance Service, Dr. Service, don't you guys know when enough is spelled ENOUGH!
