Grubb indicted for killing Johnson

I hope Grubb gets life.

no joke..i don't think anyone can do something bad enough to deserve to die like that..that is unless they do it to your family..karma acts in many ways and my prayers are going out to his family..

I hope that Daniel and everyone else involved with Jeremy's death are punished to the fullest extent of the law. Jeremy was a very good friend to me. He did not deserve the fait that Daniel dealt him. I pray daily for justice to prevail in this case. I pray for the mother and father who lost their son, for the brothers who lost a brother, for the people who lost their friend, and most importantly for the child who lost their dad.

When is grubbs court date? I hope he gets life and I wish ky has the death sentence.

Thanks for posting the Dates on here. Question?...Is this the first day of Daniel's Trial or something else. I am Jeremy's cousin Tammy. The day Jeremy came up missing. We all knew It wasn't good. For two month's our lives stopped, all we did day after day , weekend after weekend searching for Jeremy on ATV'S with his dad and brother, and other family and friends. our pic actually made it to the front page of the times tribune "Family searches for missing Dad" was the story. anyway, I dont think anyone except Jeremys friends or Family can fully understand what this has done to this family and to his sweet little boy. And The Mother that was his best friend,to his Father who Jeremy loved so much and now is crused because his baby boy was taken from him like a theif in the night. and To his Brother's Josh and Eric , who were closer than any Brothers I had ever seen. Or to his cousins like me and his friends. We all loved him with all our hearts , Jeremy was a great person who was loved by everyone who knew him. My point? Jeremy isnt here to fight for himself or speak out for himself. Daniel's Lawyer is going to try to make Jeremy out to be pure white trash, and that is the total opposite of him. He was a single Dad trying to raise his Son and Do right by him and Jeremy was doing a great Job taking care of his son. anyway back to my Point...I tend to rambel, but My point IS , I feel that anyone that is reading this that knew Jeremy or loved Jeremy or even those of you that didnt even know him, but his story thouched you in some way , please , please please , come to the court house everyday during Daniels trial. We want to see the Judge and the Jury that Jeremy was loved , Is Loved and that a lot of people cared enough about him put there lives aside for a few days and be there to show your support and love for Jeremy. The Jury would see that he wasnt a peice of white trash that Sociaty is better off without. I want that judge and jury to see that Jeremy was a good person and a very special person , that his life was stolen from us. and that Daniel grubb gets what he deserves. So please everyone . Please come to the trial , make signs , banners , make them see the good in Jeremy through us and the Bad in Daniel because of what he did. again Please. Thanks for taking the time to read this alll the way without falling asleep I know it was a bit long for a post but I was trying to get my point acorss, I hope I did . I totally agree with you, Tammy. I had one of the best summers of my life with him and Eric. They both will always have a place in my heart and I plan on being at the court house. Daniel stole a very special life. I have told everyone I know to come. Jeremy is not here to speak for himself. We, the ppl who know and love him, need to stand in the gap and speak for him. As always, my prayers are with his family.

Tammy I loved Jeremy and I will try my best to be in that court room the days of his trial and I hope the jury finds him guilty and burns him..

be carefull of the shirts ect they can call a miss trial, I didn't know this until we had shirts made for my cousins trial and we where told by the victums advicate they can call a miss trial if we wore them to court this was in tennessee but check the rules we sure don't want the idiot to go free, idiot being the cleanest word i can type on here i have better words for him.

i understand what you are saying...the signs , banners and t shirts should remain outside of the courthouse, but then when the trial starts we should all go in together and stand or sit on jeremys side the prosacutor however you spell it. his side so the jury knows who we are there for.

I havnt heard anything...Didnt know it was this morning . But im more worried about Daniel. He is the one that Killed Jeremy. He is the one I want to see how maney people is there for Jeremy and let him know that he is screwed.

got the court date for Daniel wrong, it is the 28th. he is on the docket for a pretrial conference at 10 am on the 28th. sorry. i plan on being there.

did daniel get out of jail? on jail tracker it shows a release date of 8/29/09.

no he got shipped is not in knox county jail i think he is in clay the only reason he was on there on the 29 is because they brought him in from clay on the 28 for court and whenever it was over they sent him back to clay
