Teen charged in assault with full beer bottle

A teenager was arrested after he threw a beer bottle "at a very fast speed" at another teen, striking the victim in the face, police said Tuesday.

Severed lip, 2 knocked out front teeth, cracked lower teeth, and 50 stitches sounds like a serious assault.

I think the suspect's parents should be arrested too for producing this piece of ship.
