Developers withdraw plan for $3M dog adoption center, search for another site in Conoy Township

Developers of a proposed $3 million adoption center for nearly 60 dogs in Conoy Township have withdrawn their land development plan for a 17-acre tract along Route 441. Eileen Mack submitted plans in late 2017 to build a 19,000-square-foot nonprofit facility called the Almost Home Dog Adoption Center at 2037 River Road, between Scuba Drive and Wickersham Road, near Bainbridge.
