Baden Constable Files Complaint Alleging Ambridge District Judge No Longer Fit To Serve On The Bench
Constable Mark Kolakowski documented several examples in his complaint in which he says appointed District Judge John W. Armour, 74, violated numerous judicial canons, is displaying severe memory issues, is easily distracted, and at times can't stay focused or awake. Kolakowski has known Armour for years and said the judge has had a long and commendable career as a police officer and as a district judge.
