one less scumbag on the streets. crime near azusa ave and gladstone is out of control. Cant even go to rite-aid at the small strip mall there without looking over your shoulder. The police must start cleaning up that area where the scum of the earth are waiting for someone to rob.

The area you said isn't great either. But the incident happened below Gladstone closer to Lark Ellen, by Valleydale school.

The scumbag you so carelessly talk about had never killed anyone. He has a mother a father a brother a girlfriend. I know the police have to protect themselves and this young individual was on a destructive path and it sounded like the police did everything they could. I don't know there's been conflicting stories all day. It saddens me that anyone could be glad that a very young man was shot multiple times and killed. I cry for his family and friends and I pray for his soul.

soveryyoung - i hope you are crying for the sheriff officers life he try to take by grabbing his gun and trying to shoot them while they are out protecting the streets...this guy didn't seem to care about the loved ones of the officers when he was in pursuit and grabbed their guns...these officers just saved more lives than we will know - and they are not just protecting themselves - they are protecting the citizens who could have been killed by his 'careless' and reckless driving.
