Why is MRPC saying there is nothing else like Devens? The Land Bank/MassDev has funded the restoration of many other properties over the years.
There must be some format for doing so since The Land Bank/MassDev was created by the legislature. Whether they are following the protocol is another matter altogether. Is THAT Eaton's point perhaps?
JBoS better get an accounting of how MRPC spent $8400 if they didn't even have the data yet!
Who's funding MRPC anyway - the taxpayers?
