Passenger survives high speed flip. Another deadly crash in Garfield Heights.

A violent crash in Westlake has left one person dead and another hospitalized. At 2AM on Friday, a 1991 Oldsmobile Cutlass driven by 31-year old Delon Hill of Avon was travelling westbound on I-90 in Westlake. via WMMS-FM Independence
