United Way puts fee on some gifts
“Many have gone to direct solicitations from their constituents, and many have gone to Internet donations.”
When the annual United Way of Greater Rochester/Red Cross spring fundraising campaign begins this month, agencies will have to pay a processing fee for each gift designated for them by donors. via Democrat & Chronicle
