A small southwest Minnesota fire department that has served the community for nearly 130 years may be no more.

QUIRINUS PAUL KOOB was born May 25, 1917, in Iona, Minn., to Joseph and Pauline Koob.

Services for Elgie Henry Rachuy, 86, are at 10:30 a.m. Friday at American Lutheran Church in Worthington.
