Fort Wayne - A northern Indiana prosecutor says a police officer was justified in the fatal shooting of a bank robbery suspect who authorities say pulled a replica handgun on officers.

The Allen County prosecutor has determined a Fort Wayne police officer was justified in shooting and killing a suspect from an Avilla bank robbery in January.

The Allen County Prosecutor's Office is now telling the public the results of it's investigation into a police action shooting.
