Pennsylvania State Police at Coudersport are investigating the reported theft of a .45 caliber handgun sometime between 3 p.m. Sept.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Rodrique Charles, 33, of Chambersburg, and Mark Kelly, 19, of Chambersburg, were cited for disorderly conduct after getting into a loud argument, cursing and shouting at each other on the sidewalk in front of 142 Lincoln Way West Saturday afternoon.
