Isn't this what homeowners insurance is for? Also the buyers realtor needs to be sued fir not catching this.
Worst case just declare bankruptcy walk away and let the bank eat it. |

After buying my house I put homeowners on it a couple of days before closing.
This guy just bought someone else's problem. I always recommend purchasing a home warranty package just in case that covers anything else that might creep up with the appliances. Seems like someone forgot to turn off the water when they ripped out the washer/dryer and moved out. |
