Rough start for new HOT lanes

“We had a lot of challenges because of the weather and construction on (Interstate) 405”

Construction backups, a police chase, rainy weather and fender benders combined to mar today's opening of HOT lanes on Highway 167 in South King County. via Tacoma News Tribune
