Judge it!
So, MARTA is changing it's tune now. I TOLD you there were no rowdies or jumping up and down. I was on the escalator and have leg injuries.
It is interesting that a MARTA employee said it malfunctioned earlier in the day. They did nothing and it happened again. My attorney is going to love this!!

Escalators' brakes failed, MARTA says
“I saw two of them and I never saw anybody horsing around. There were a ton of people on those escalators.”
MARTA officials confirmed Wednesday that three transit escalators failed New Year's Eve by suddenly running in reverse and hurling dozens of riders to brick floors, injuring at least 11. via Atlanta Journal-Constitution
