State high court backs Atwater's wastewater treatment plan

The California State Supreme Court did what was right.
I wonder the REAL reason a law suit was originated in the first place. Could it be that some political reason was at the bottom of this law suit.
Like not paying the fees that are coming to the City of Atwater????
The State Supreme Court saw throught the bull!!!
