Thompson not guilty

Not guilty! finally....its sad that u read around that he should be in prison for what for having the weapon in his car??? that alone is not enough to convict someone and send them to prison for the rest of their life. people need to educate themselves on the particulars of this case there were sooooooo many loose ends that were never tied up. a jury can not make a verdict based upon speculation. a jury has instructions and those instructions MUST be adhered to. the right thing was ultimately done.

your right there are alot of loose ends, like eddie vargas, donnie loewen, spunky wisdom, oh and dont forget Ronnie the boy the suppossedly commeted suicide shortyly after the girls were killed. That has always seemed odd to us knowing how much ronnie loved life that he would kill him self...Or did he? Bobby has been a suspect since day 1, they didn't just decide to pin it on someone, they knew he did it 21 years ago. Its still odd to me that the first jury came back 8-4 guilty and this jury 12-0 not. could there have been some jury tampering going on?

thats funny...jury tampering...you should get the dept of justice involved with that...but oh...wait...we dont want them looking too closely at the merced distract attorney's office though do we....you watch too much t.v., and know too little about what goes on down at that courthouse in the name of "the people"...that would be you loosends. i encourage you though...push for an investigation....lets see what really pops up out of the woodwork.

If the Jury was strong in there not guilty why were the women on the jury crying when the verdict was read? I would welcome the DOJ getting involved with this. Because then both Bobby and his Attorney would be in prison...And dont forget the before mentioned names...them too.
If Nothing else Eddie and Donnie both need charges brought against them for perjury...

I was a jury on the first case and there wasn't a hint of jury tampering.

what i saw was on day 2 1/2 of deliberation was a juror come out of the court alone, walk across the street and just stand there with his hands in his pockets and head down, like he's deep in thought, or troubled. next thing you know he's on his phone for a few minutes and goes back iside, normally this wouldnt even be an issue, but how do we know he didnt call someone and say "Hey man dont worry I got them where we need them." I agree he could have been waiting for his wife to call saying dinner was ready. It just looked ODD. then add the women jurors crying during the reading of the verdict and it seems even more odd...

i was there everyday and you know that or you wouldnt of asked. mental miget. why would it seem ODD women crying as the verdict was read??? lots of people cried, just like every time the d.a. paraded the gory pictures for emotional affect every chance he got. only half of justice was served that day. the killer of those two kids are still not found. and worse yet the sherriff won't admit they believe bobby is innocent. DOJ cleared bobby on the stand, as did every cop to testify. the real crime is all the lies the d.a. has been telling the family for years; and how the atwater pd and merced sherrifs bungled this from the begining. anyone with half a brain knows excatly how that jack got put in that trunk with just two little drops of blood on it...one each from two different people...oh and the seals on the blood samples broken...and bobby not even in the area! if your defending the police or district attorney on this whole thing then you support crime. they are the real criminals here. i am hoping they look at the other evidence they let go; and the jury didnt even get to see. like: the 40 yr. old man who was writing the girls love letters, took one of the girls out that night at 11pm, was at his friends early the next morning distraught because "the girls took his car" the night before, and he had to "get it back"...ask the sherrif about "jack". or even greg myers and jas chima...if ever two innocent men acted guilty there are two for sure...the last two people to see the girls alive threatening witnesess' and being convicted of it...no, the verdict was correct, but only half of justice was served. you and the d.a. should get together on this conspiracy thing with the jury though...maybe you will get picked up for a tv show or something, then your fantasy can be real. both jury's had good people who had a hard job to do. but most important, the looked at the evidence, or we should say lack of evidense...we dont really have to go into the tweakers testimony's too do we?? there are many more dirty backhanded things the d.a. and sherrif did...but none as dirty as OFFICER COURT of the atwater p.d. planting that jack in that trunk!! he and garaby couldnt get thier stories straight though. dont be amental miget...look at reality here.

I was on the 8 to 4 and it was more like 6 to 6 up until 5 min before we hung it. Two people said they didn't want him to go free if it was hung so they switched there vote. I about cried with a hung juror, so i can image how they felt for the family who didn't get closure.

Your right lots of people cried, but you guys just sat there staring at bobbys handy work.
Do you really beleave that greg and chima did these murders? the person that swung that jack did it with great force, i doubt even today they are strong enough to swing a jack like that.
as for court putting the blood on the jack, why would he? he had no interest in Bobby. the way you dish it its like everybody had a grudge against him. again why would they? Your right we dont need to get into the tweeker testimony, lets talk about the few non-tweekers that couldnt get there stories straight. you were there you know who i'm talking about. Yes I know all about the old man jack, where do you get your information? that part of your story is wrong... If you had listened to the testimony you would remember that he could not have picked them up at 11pm. Anyways I'm not wanting to rehash this whole thing with you, but i will if you want...I just hope bobby doesnt ever hurt someone you love...

i dont know who did the murders. i would love to know! i do know robert thompson didnt do them. an unbias jury panel found him not guilty. there is no evidence to show he did, unless you want to go into tweaker testimony. get over it. go out and find the real killer(s).

Again I just hope Robert Thompson never hurts someone you love....
